What is the goal and objective of the project?

The project will contribute to the Constitutional Court’s effectiveness and public perception, as well as to the Constitutional Court capacity to better implement the European Convention on Human Rights.

The project underscores the paramount importance of constitutional court decisions in safeguarding the rule of law and human rights in Armenia.

How does the project work?

The cooperation project will be carried out in line with the priorities laid down in the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia for 2023- 2026 .
