Anne W. Ireri is highly qualified in Law, Human Rights and Management. Anne W. Ireri has consulted with the African Union and the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre, Ghana on International Humanitarian Law. She is also a recipient of the United States International Visitor Program on Women and Leadership. Anne was named the Top 40 under 40 woman in 2019 by the Business Daily and was the Kenyan representative to the inaugural RAISA Global Women Leaders Program. She has a keen research interest in state responsibility toward legal protection and security of vulnerable members of society. She has served on various boards of organizations in Kenya that focus on women’s empowerment. Anne W. Ireri is currently the executive director at the Federation of Women Lawyers-Kenya (Democracy Innovation Award Winners in 2018) and the Chairperson of the Elections Observation Group (ELOG) Steering Committee.
