French magistrate, seconded to the Council of Europe, assigned as an adviser on digital transformation and artificial intelligence. He is also an associate researcher at the IHEJ (Institut des Hautes Etudes sur la Justice). As a magistrate, he has held criminal functions, particularly in the fight against cybercrime and counterfeiting. He also led a major national IT project at the Ministry of Justice. At the Council of Europe, he has contributed to the comparative analysis of European judicial systems and has developed expertise in digital transformation, particularly with regard to the regulation of artificial intelligence.
