To address specific issues of relevance to States Parties, facilitate information exchange and support the work of the Committee of the Parties, the practice of using dedicated surveys—outside the framework of the monitoring process—has been established by decision of the Committee. These surveys provide a flexible tool for targeted data collection and cooperation.

Survey on Mandatory Reporting of Transplantations Abroad

Following the agreement reached at the 7th Plenary meeting held on 16 - 17 October 2025, a Survey on “Mandatory Reporting of Transplantations Abroad” was sent to the States Parties and signatory countries to the Santiago de Compostela Convention.
