The Council of Europe has launched a Competitive bidding procedure for the Purchase of consultancy services (international consultants) in the area of falsification of medical products and trafficking in human organ.
The Council of Europe is currently implementing different activities in the framework of two conventional committees. In that context, it is looking for Providers for the provision of consultancy services, namely assisting the Committee of the Parties to both the MEDICRIME Convention (CoP MEDICRIME) and the Committee of the Parties to the Council of Europe Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs (CoP THO) in their monitoring work to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis.
The deadline for submission of applications is 4 July 2025.
