Thorbjørn Jagland will be in Berlin for talks with German foreign minister Steinmeier on Tuesday. Topics of discussion will include human rights in Europe, migration and the situation in Ukraine and Turkey, as well as the consequences of the UK referendum.

Mr Jagland will give a speech entitled "Democratic security in times of crisis - the role of the Council of Europe"  at  the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Auswärtige Politik.
