The Council of Europe's Group of Experts on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings (GRETA) will publish its fourth monitoring report on Portugal. The report focuses on measures to prevent vulnerabilities to human trafficking, to identify and support vulnerable victims, and to punish offenders, with particular attention paid to the use of information and communication technologies in human trafficking offences.
