Plenary meeting of anti-corruption body GRECO

In a plenary meeting, the anti-corruption body (GRECO) will discuss, with a view to their adoption, 5th round evaluation reports on Albania, Germany and Norway concerning corruption prevention in central governments, including top executive functions, and law enforcement. It will also adopt compliance reports on this topic on Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Slovenia and the United Kingdom. Follow up reports on anti-corruption measures in respect of MPs, judges and prosecutors concerning Azerbaijan, Cyprus, Latvia, Luxembourg, Serbia, Slovak Republic and Turkey are also on the agenda. In addition, GRECO will discuss follow up reports on San Marino and Turkey on the criminalisation of corruption and the transparency of political funding as well as a follow up report in the context of the ad hoc urgent evaluation of Greece on legislation reforming the Criminal Code. GRECO will also hear information from Slovenia and Spain about recent initiatives in these countries which may have an impact on the fight against corruption.
