The Council of Europe is currently implementing a project on “Strengthening measures to counter money laundering and financing of terrorism in Ukraine” as part of the joint EU/CoE Partnership for Good Governance II programme (2019-2021). In that context, it is looking for a Provider for the provision of training services related to increasing capacitates of national stakeholders in using IBM i2 Analyst’s Notebook software.
