The Council of Europe Project “Internal Displacement in Ukraine: Building Solutions” is launching a tender procedure for provision of international consultancy services on various aspects of human rights protection of internally displaced persons in Ukraine.
Deadline for the submission of offers is postponed. New deadline is 2 December 2018 (midnight, UTC +1).
Tenders with attachments should be sent to [email protected] with the subject: Int consultancy_IDP UA Project.
Documents after the deadline and filled inappropriately will not be considered.
All questions shall be submitted at least 3 (three) working days before the deadline for submission of the tenders and shall be exclusively addressed to the email address [email protected] with the following reference in subject: Int consultancy_IDP UA Project.
