Since the week of 14 February the Council of Europe has been experiencing IT disruptions. We are in the process of fixing these issues. In view of these disruptions the deadline of the call has been extended until 3 March 20222022/AO/06 – 24 February 2022 - Local consultancy services in the area of youth policy, youth work, social cohesion and inclusion in the field of youth

The Council of Europe is currently implementing and until December 2023 the Project on “Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase II”. The Project is carried out in the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2022.

The project “Youth for Democracy in Ukraine: Phase II” is launching an international public call for purchase of local consultancy services in the area of youth policy, youth work, social cohesion and inclusion in the field of youth.

The present tendering procedure aims to select Provider(s) to support the implementation of the project and is divided into the following lots:

Lot 1: Planning and delivery of capacity-building and training activities, including mentoring and expert advice to project development and implementation

Lot 2: Developing and carrying out research / questionnaires / surveys on youth related issues, drafting documents, policy briefs, evaluation and analysis in the area of youth policy, youth work, social cohesion and inclusion in the field of youth

Expected duration of the contract: 22 March 2022 – 31 December 2023.

Deadline for submission of documents - 24 February 2022
