On 16-19 May 2018 the Council of Europe in co-operation with the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service launches training for local self-government authorities in the framework of the thematic short-term seminar "Modern tools for human resources management in local self-government".

The training is provided by trainers of the Council of Europe Program "Decentralisation and Local Self-Government Reform in Ukraine" on the basis of the All-Ukrainian Center for the Training of Civil Servants and Local Self-Government Officials and contains of 3 thematic training sessions.
