The Council of Europe Project “Human Rights Compliant Criminal Justice System in Ukraine” is extending the deadline for the tender of local consultancy services purchase under a framework contract for conducting research on the application of the pre-trial detention and house arrest in Ukraine through the prism of Article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
The deadline has been extended until the 5th of August.
