Leadership and learning are inseparable to each other, - cited John Kennedy's famous statement, one of the graduates of the "Leadership Academy".

Training was held for the chairs of the DOBRE partner’s communities. It was provided by the trainers of the Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and Local Self-Government Reform in Ukraine” and the Foundation in Support of Local Democracy (FSLD) in the framework of the USAID’s Decentralization Offering Better Results and Efficiency (DOBRE) Program.

We have become a real team that will work together. We understand that our work in local self-government bodies requires knowledge and skills to rally people around us. We, the leaders, have a great responsibility for how our country will develop. Leading is in our hearts and minds. Such words were completed by the leaders of communities – alumni of the Leadership Academy Programme.
