The Council of Europe Project “Human Rights Compliant Criminal Justice System in Ukraine” is extending the deadline for the tender of local consultancy services purchase under a framework contract for strengthening the capacity of the Public Prosecution Service of Ukraine with regard to communication and transparency.
The deadline has been extended until 27 September 2020.
The Council of Europe is looking for providers for four different lots with a particular expertise in the development of internal and external communication strategies, conducting educational activities in the area of communication, development of communication dissemination materials as well as development of the concept and a pilot model of public reception hall.
