The Council of Europe Project “Human Rights Compliant Criminal Justice System in Ukraine” is launching a tender call through the competitive bidding procedure for the purchase of local consultancy services under a framework contract for conducting research on the application of the pre-trial detention and house arrest in Ukraine through the prism of Article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

All eligible candidates are invited to participate. Given the geographic focus of the research, applicants from Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa regions are particularly encouraged to apply.
