The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Project “Further support for the execution by Ukraine of judgments in respect of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights”. In that context, it is looking for Providers for the provision of book publishing services.
In the framework of Project’s cooperation with the National School of Judges of Ukraine (one of the national Project’s stakeholders), the selected service provider should provide comprehensive support for creating layout, proofreading, printing, and delivering of the special national scientific practical and methodical legal publication "Word of the National School of Judges of Ukraine".
Eligibility criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience in providing of publishing and printing or similar services;
- The tenderer should be registered as a legal entity under the Ukrainian legislation and should be authorised to provide the services on publishing and other printing production.
Tenderers are invited to submit:
- A completed and signed copy of the Act of Engagement (see Act of Engagement)
- For tenderers subject to VAT only: a quote, describing their financial offer, in line with the requirements of section C of the Tender File (see Tender File);
- Registration documents (scanned copies of registration documents certifying the type of economic activity of the tenderer) with short summary in English;
- Brief description of the company’s experience in provision of the publishing services;
- CVs/description of experience of the allocated persons in provision of the services under the contract;
- Description and/or photo(s) of the technical equipment and tools to be used for performing the contract.
Deadline for the submission of offers: 11:00 (Kyiv time) March 3, 2020.
