In the frame of the Joint Project of the Council of Europe and the European Union “Delivering Good Governance in Slovakia”, the Centre of Expertise for Good Governance is looking for a consultant in the areas of communication, media outreach and awareness-raising of good governance principles. The consultant will contribute to enhancing communication between stakeholders and implementation of awareness-raising relating to the project. S/he will also provide advice to the Slovak Ministry of the Interior and other project partners and stakeholders in the area of communication.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of local government issues in Slovakia and experience in working/co-operating with the competent Ministry and other institutions. S/he also has good communication, teamwork and reporting skills. In addition to being a Slovak native speaker, s/he has excellent English and/or French skills.
