 About the project

RasPRAVA - dialogue on youth social rights aims to raise awareness of the importance of ensuring social rights through youth dialogue and decision-makers and involve young people in the discussion of local youth policies. This is done to achieve more inclusive youth policies at local level and positively impact access to rights for all young people. In addition, the project will further strengthen work with young people in our local communities. The role of youth work is to deal with these challenges and to "provide space and build bridges" between young people and the community in which they live.

Youth work is a tool that young people can use to access their rights, by creating a space for active participation and strengthening the connections between young people and institutions. Therefore, the aim of this project is to empower young people to be actively involved in the dialogue on social rights at the local level, and the specific goals are to empower young leaders to work with young people, provide open space for connecting young people and decision-makers and make recommendations for more inclusive local youth policies. Target groups are youth leaders and youth workers, young people and decision makers from Zagreb, Split, Ilok, Petrinja and Pula.
