Project: CAPACITY BUILDING OF YOUTH WORKERS IN THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL RIGHTS IN AZERBAIJAN

 About the project

The first component of the project is to contribute to the vulnerable groups of the Southern part of Azerbaijan by training youth workers on the topic of social rights and providing them with relevant knowledge, skills, and connections. The second component of the project is about empowering young people coming from disadvantaged communities and during this phase, special emphasis is placed on the promotion of the revised Enter recommendation.

Third component of the project is creation of a social media channel on YouTube to reach more youth workers and community leaders through educational videos.

Activities planned during the projects are capacity-building trainings, public outreach, creating a YouTube channel and disseminating educational videos, one day seminar for the representatives of the member organizations of NAYORA, closing, and reporting. Target group of the project are youth workers/leaders, social workers, young multipliers, and NGO representatives.

 About Aygun

Aygun is a youth worker and trainer in “Education” Public Support Association of Youth of Azerbaijan (EPSAYA) Public Union. Aygun’s main duties and responsibilities are designing and delivering training sessions. The organization is operating in Lankaran city of Azerbaijan and Aygun is also Baku representative on behalf of the organization.
