 About the project

The project “NEVER SAY NEVER” is about young refugee women from disadvantaged neighbourhoods in Armenia aged 16-30 years old, who are the most vulnerable group after the 44-day war in 2020.

The aim of “Never say never” project is to:

• raise awareness of practitioners and of young refugee women on social rights;
• support young refugee women’s awareness of the possibilities they have to participate in society;
• Inform the public about social rights and needs of this target group through the media awareness campaign and booklet.

Activities of the project are a training course for practitioners, a training course for young women refugees, workshops for practitioners and young refugee women about social rights, illustrations about young women’s social rights, media actions raising awareness about violation of young women refugees’ social rights and problems of exclusion, mapping of opportunities and supporting organisations, as well as a booklet for practitioners and refugees about existing opportunities.
