A special ALTE (Association of Language Testers in Europe) webinar, “Exploring the Revised Manual for Language Test Development and Examining,” will take place online via Microsoft Teams on Monday, 28 September 2026, at 15:00 CET, marking the European Day of Languages (Saturday 26 September 2026)

The session will highlight the recently revised Manual for Language Test Development and Examining (2026), launched at the ALTE 9th International Conference in Munich earlier this year. Contributions will come from the Council of Europe as well as members of the Manual’s authoring team, demonstrating ongoing collaboration among key experts in the field.

Open to everyone interested in language testing, the webinar will offer insights into the revised Manual. Whether participants are already familiar with the publication or discovering it for the first time, the session aims to provide valuable insights and perspectives on current developments.
