DEADLINE TO APPLY EXTENDED TO 16 OCTOBER 2022

In the context of the joint EU/CoE Project "Supporting an efficient national mechanism of recognition of refugees' qualifications", implemented in Italy, two calls for the provision of international and national consultancy services are now open.

Services requested by the Council of Europe cover the following tasks: carrying out research, drafting of reports and documents, contributing to roundtables, seminars, trainings, and to capacity-building activities, as well as assessing refugees’ qualifications based on the EQPR methodology (see the documents below for more information). The above list is not considered exhaustive.

Interested tenderers are invited to refer to the Tender Files and the Act of Engagements, which contain a full description of the terms and conditions of engagement and the scope of activities:

The deadline for the submission of applications is now 16 October 2022 (previously 6 October 2022). Applications shall be sent only to [email protected]. Please, pay particular attention to completing, signing and submitting documents according to the instructions set in the Tender File and Act of Engagement. Candidates will be disqualified for any incomplete or missing documents.
