The Council of Europe is currently implementing a joint EU/CoE Project on “Building Capacity for Inclusion in Education – INCLUDE”. In that context, it is looking for international Provider(s) for the provision of consultancy services to carry out a needs assessment for capacity building of the staff, development of the training programme, including provision of training for the teachers of the Resource Centre “Nena Tereze” in Prizren which works with children with hearing impairment and teachers in the mainstream schools working with children with hearing impairment.

Both individuals and legal persons except consortia can apply by sending their proposal by October 26, 2020 as indicated in the Tender file.
