Do you have a success story to share about the European Year of Digital Citizenship Education 2025? Are you interested in advancing digital citizenship education? The call for contributions to join “The Way Forward” closing conference of the European Year of Digital Citizenship Education 2025 is now out. 

The international event organised in Ljubljana on 18-19 November 2025 by DIGI. DR – Strengthening Digital Citizenship in Educational Institutions in co-operation with the Ministry of Education of Slovenia and the Council of Europe will gather educators, policy makers, youth workers, members from civil society and the tech sector to discuss the draft road map for the future of digital citizenship education.

We are currently accepting proposals for:

Talks: 10–15 minute presentations followed by 3–5 minutes of Q&A

Moderated discussions: 5-minute input followed by a 15-minute discussion (applicants must be willing to moderate)

Interactive workshops: 60-minute sessions involving active participant engagement

The deadline is 5 October 2025 (end of day, CEST).
