The Government of Japan has made a voluntary contribution of €45,000 to support the prevention of violence against women and the Council of Europe action against cybercrime.
The agreement was signed on 21 September 2021 by Ambassador Takeshi Akamatsu, Permanent Observer of Japan to the Council of Europe, and Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
