Belgium, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, North Macedonia, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, Ukraine and the United Kingdom signed the Third Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (CETS No. 227).

Uruguay signed the Council of Europe Framework Convention on Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law (CETS No. 225).
