The Republic of Moldova signed the European Convention for the Protection of Animals kept for Farming Purposes (ETS No. 87) and the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of the Environment through Criminal Law (ETS No. 228).

Cyprus signed the Third Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (CETS No. 227) and the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of the Environment through Criminal Law (CETS No. 228).
