The Centre of Expertise for Local Government Reform organised the third stage of the training on Human Resourse Management for Local Self-government through Leadership Academy in Belarus on 20-21 December 2016 in co-operation with the Academy of Public Administration by the Office of the President of Belarus.
This activity gathered 25 participants from local levels, who attended previous two stages of this training. At the opening several representatives from local authorities welcomed participants and underlined unvaluable experience and knowledge they are provided over this activity, as well as an unique opportunity to learn experience from the Council of Europe experts/trainers. On the other hand, some participants were positive about possibility to apply gained skills and abilities in day by day practice.
The event was organised as a part of the Programme "Strengthening institutional frameworks for local governance in the Eastern Partnership countries" under the Programmatic Cooperation Framework (PCF) for 2015-2017 funded by the European Union and co-funded by the Council of Europe and participants were provided with Certificates on accomplishment of the course.
