Mr Gennadiy Kosyak presented the Panel with a brief overview of the joint reports on inter-municipal co-operation (IMC) and Local Finance Benchmarking (LFB) prepared by Council of Europe Eastern Partnership experts. The EU representatives mentioned the good interaction of the Council of Europe with other EU-funded projects in EaP countries.

This meeting proved, once again, that Eastern Partnership (EaP) activities in the area of public administration reform and local government attract high attention from the respective authorities of the participating countries.
