Fourth CoE-ENTO Summer School was held in Druskininkai, Lithuania, from 23 to 26 June 2015. The 4-day training focused this year on Human Resource Management and Ethics at Local Level.

About 25 trainers and experts from 15 countries learned how to practically implement and provide training on such CoE tools as “Human Resource Management at Local Level” and “Training Needs Analysis and National Training Strategy”.

The participants also shared HRM experience and discussed the ethical dimension of HRM. The hosting partner was Centras Dainava, the Lithuanian training centre for civil servants and local administration.
