The Council of Europe is currently implementing two Projects in Serbia: “Strengthening Independence and Accountability of the Judiciary in Serbia” and on “Strengthening the judiciary reform process”. In that context, it is looking for providers (see below) for the provision of short-term local and international consultancy services on judicial accountability and independence to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis, in compliance with the ordering procedure defined below.
