The project “Human Resources Management in Local Self-Government – Phase 3”, jointly funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe in Serbia, hereby publishes a Call for International Consultant for strengthening quality control and standardisation of professional development in public administration in the Republic of Serbia.
