The Council of Europe Office in Baku invites eligible service providers to participate in a call for tenders for event management, transportation, visibility, publication and printing services in Azerbaijan.
The tender covers four lots:
- Conference, catering and accommodation services in Baku
- Conference, catering and accommodation services in the regions of Azerbaijan outside Baku
- Visibility, publication and printing services
- Transfer and transportation services
The Council of Europe intends to select a minimum of three providers per lot, subject to eligibility requirements. Additional competitive procedures will be organised to select service providers for specific events.
