The Council of Europe Office in Baku invites tenders from qualified suppliers in Azerbaijan for the provision of design and printing services within Council of Europe’s Project on Promoting Media Professionalism and Freedom of Information in Azerbaijan (PRO-M-FEX). This specific tender procedure aims at concluding a framework contract for the provision of services described in the Act of Engagement on an as needed basis.
