The Council of Europe Office in Azerbaijan invites you to submit a quotation for one of its service vehicles, a KIA SORENTO 2.2 Premium, as specified in Appendix A.
Interested parties are requested to submit their quotation in EURO and in compliance with the Bid Form (Appendix B), by mail or in person, in a sealed envelope to the address of the Office mentioned above.
The deadline for the bids is October 14, 2026.
The car is to be viewed on 12.10.2026 and 13.10.2026 between 10.00 and 12.00 at the Council of Europe Office in Azerbaijan.
Your bids shall be valid for a period of 30 days from the deadline for receipt of quotations.
Only the successful bidder will be notified.
The Council of Europe Office in Azerbaijan reserves the right to reject any and all quotations, and to annul, in whole or in part, or to suspend the process in any time prior to the award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidders of the reasons for the Council of Europe Office’s action.
Please note that this car has a diplomatic registration, so those without diplomatic status will have to re-register and pay customs duties.
