On 20 to 22 September, the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers will examine the implementation of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, in accordance with its supervisory role under Article 46 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
The cases proposed for detailed examination, listed below, concern: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Republic of Moldova, Norway, Poland, Romania, the Russian Federation, Switzerland, Türkiye and United Kingdom.
