In the meeting between the Deputy Secretary General and a Delegation of Mexican senators a number of areas have been identified where the cooperation between the Council of Europe and Mexico could be strengthened, such as match fixing and illegal betting,  fight against corruption, cultural routes and intercultural cities,  fight against cyber-crime, counterfeit medicines, trafficking against human beings, children's rights and family policies.
