Deputy Secretary General meets Albanian Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs

Deputy Secretary General, Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, met with Ms. Edith Harxhi, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Albania. They discussed the progress in the implementation of the Council of Europe Albania Cooperation Document 2012-2014, with a specific attention paid to the preparations for the upcoming parliamentary elections in June.
