20 Mayors and senior managers from across Lithuania have successfully completed all 3 stages of the Centre of Expertise Leadership Academy Programme.

Learning the importance of accountable, ethical, and transparent decision-making that respects the rule of law, responds to citizen expectations, and allows for effective citizen participation, the mayors will return to their municipalities armed with tools to reinforce good democratic governance at the local level.
