Deputy Secretary General Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni represented today the Council of Europe in the jury of the Grand Prix de l’Eloquence, an annual public speaking competition organised by the Ecole des Jeunes Orateurs of Science Po Strasbourg.
“Eloquence is the light that shines intelligence”, said Gabriella Battaini Dragoni quoting Cicero.
The President of the jury was former French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin.
