Back ECHR: Grand Chamber hearing in the case of Perinçek v. Switzerland

The European Court of Human Rights will hold a Grand Chamber hearing in the case of Perinçek v. Switzerland. The case concerns the criminal conviction of a politician for publicly challenging the existence of the Armenian genocide.
