European Union and Council of Europe Joint Project “Consolidation of Justice Sector Policy Development in Ukraine” invites the Expression of Interest from suitable short-term international consultants for developing a Progress Review Methodology of the justice sector reforms implementation in Ukraine for up to 25 working days per consultant during the period of April – September 2016 (the exact number of working days/consultants to be determined according to Project needs).

 The scope, required qualifications, eligibility criteria and other conditions as well as the application procedure are set out in the note attached to this message (Call for Expression of Interest for Short-Term Consultants, STRATEGY OF JUSTICE SECTOR REFORM 2015-2020).
