During the ToT the participants were familiarized with the European Programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) methodology and e-learning interactive platform. A separate session of the ToT was dedicated to the HUDOC database as well as other available case law tools of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).
The ToT was led by the Council of Europe international consultants Ms Ivana Roagna and Mr Ara Ghazaryan, jointly with Ms Ivanna Ibragimova (team leader of the Project “Quality and Accessible Legal Aid in Ukraine”, funded by the government of Canada). The workshop on the HUDOC database was facilitated by Ms Vanessa Aeby (lawyer from the ECtHR Registry).
