The Presentation of findings and panel discussion on “Training needs of employees in local self-governments” will take place on Friday 10 March 2017 at 11h in the premises of the Klub poslanika in Belgrade, at 2 Tolstojeva Street. The presentation is organised by the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade in the framework of the Joint Project “Human Resources Management in Local Self-Government” jointly financed by the European Union and the Council of Europe.

The purpose of this event is to present the publication and key findings of the Training Needs Analysis conducted at local level in 2016, which is giving for the first time a comprehensive introspection of training needs of employees at local level, through identifying challenges that local self-governments are facing in performing their own as well as their delegated tasks. 

Following the presentation of key findings, a panel discussion on the professional development of employees at local level will take place, which will open the discussion on the identified priority training needs of employees at local level with relevant interlocutors in that area.
