Mr Gruber is the Acting Director for Political Education at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. This department conducts approximately 2000 political events, debates and workshops with about 100.000 attendees every year. The programme addresses different target groups, especially young people. Mr Gruber, a former parliamentary and party researcher, is beyond the operative business responsible for innovation projects, strategy planning and quality management.
