On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, the President of the Venice Commission, Ms Claire Bazy Malaurie, delivered a video message at the official event celebrating the anniversary that was organised in a hybrid format on 12 December 2025 in Bishkek.
