The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities is organising an international conference on “Multilevel Governance Approaches to Reinforce Democratic Resilience and Build Public Trust”, under the Moldovan Presidency of the Committee of Ministers. The objective of this event, which is a contribution to the New Democratic Pact for Europe, is to showcase innovative policies for better coordination between national, regional and local authorities in addressing democratic backsliding and declining citizens’ trust through multilevel governance reforms. The conference will be opened by Secretary General of the Moldovan Government Alexei Buzu and Congress Vice-President Andrew Boff (United Kingdom, ECR). The conference is open to the media.
