On 15 April 2026, the Committee of Ministers appointed nine new ordinary members of the Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for a four-year term commencing on 1 June 2026, namely:
- Siniša Bjeković, Montenegro;
- Ian Feldman, Republic of Moldova;
- Marie Hagsgård, Sweden;
- Emma Lantschner, Italy;
- Thomas McCann, Ireland;
- Emil Ordukhanyan, Armenia;
- Aleksandra Oszmiańska-Pagett, Poland;
- Harald Scheu, Czechia;
- Petter Wille, Norway.
On the same day, the Committee of Ministers decided, by drawing of lot, that the term of office of Marie Hagsgård would be extended until 31 May 2032 to ensure the renewal by half of the Advisory Committee as from 1 June 2030.
