The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on "Towards More Humane Detention Conditions and Reduced Reoffending in Ukraine (DECOPRIS)", aimed at enhancing the protection of prisoners' rights by improving prison management practices and advancing rehabilitation efforts.
In that context, the Project is launching a tender for the selection of a Provider for the purchase and delivery of equipment and software for workshops on resocialisation for the State Department of Execution of Criminal Sanctions of Ukraine.
Interested tenderers are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender documentation.
The deadline for submission of tenders is 24 August 2026 at 12h00 (Strasbourg time — CET/CEST) / 13h00 (Kyiv time).Tenders shall be submitted via the e-procurement platform at the link: https://eproc.coe.int//callfortenders/11731. Any bids received by email or letter will be rejected automatically.
